Organically Gourmet cultivates premium genetics of the most promising medicinal mushrooms on the planet. Our controlled environment mushroom farm allows us to give our mushrooms exactly what they want for optimum active ingredient concentration in the fruiting bodies we harvest.
MOG (mycelium on grain) cultivation may benefit one active ingredient for Lion’s Mane mushrooms, but most medicinal varieties benefit from being allowed to develop healthy fruiting bodies for the highest levels of actives like beta glucans and polysaccharides. We start off by selecting the most genetically superior mushrooms available. Then we combine documented and theoretical cultivation strategies to maximize our yields for cordecepin, adenosine, beta glucans, polysaccharides, and other actives.
